Charlie Boettiger is the Interim Director of Operations. As a familiar face at Palm Tran, Mr. Boettiger has been an exceptional member of our team as the Senior Manager of Fixed-Route Operations since October 2020. In that capacity, he was responsible for the fixed-route transit activities at all three of Palm Tran’s operating facilities. He also plays a key role in Palm Tran’s Emergency Response activities at the Palm Beach County Emergency Operations Center. Prior to joining Palm Tran, Mr. Boettiger enjoyed a career in interstate trucking with an emphasis on safety (hazardous materials), third party logistics and operations. 

Mr. Boettiger earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management from Hofstra University.
